Is there a minimum order quantity?
No, there is no minimum order. Because we use digital UV printing and CNC router cutting, we can easily produce a single mat. However, please note that because initial machine setup costs are fixed, ordering a single unit will carry a higher price per item.

Our raw material is 3.2 metres wide, allowing us to produce a maximum seamless size of 3.1 metres by any length. This easily exceeds the size of standard retail counters.

Can you print custom samples?
Yes, we can print custom samples. However, due to production setup costs, there is a non-refundable sample fee of R 1,500.00. Note: If your artwork is professionally designed using correct CMYK colour settings, print errors are extremely rare. If you simply want to test the texture and print quality, we are happy to provide free sample swatches featuring existing client artwork.
